Schedule Editor/Viewer

The Schedule Editor/Viewer (users.%.dashboards.scheduleEditorViewer) is an absolute dashboard and serves as the main tool for managing the schedule of work orders and lots.

Dashboard Structure

The dashboard is divided into two main areas: the floating left-side “Control” panel and several floating tab panels on the right:

  • Components for additional filtering of displayed work orders and product lots.

  • Components for schedule validation. These components are active only when the Iotellect Monitoring MES Planning and Scheduling module is installed and at least one Schedule Manager has been created.

  • Information on the number of added, deleted, or modified work orders and lots.

  • The Apply button saves all schedule changes. Until the user clicks this button, the system ignores any modifications in the displayed schedule.

The right side of the dashboard contains several floating tab panels:

  • Schedule Panel — displays a table view of work order schedules for production entities.
When the user clicks any work order (a table row), the dashboard opens a slide-out side panel that embeds the Work Order Editor/Viewer. This panel lets the user view and edit detailed information about a specific work order. To apply changes, the user must click Save in the upper-right corner before closing the panel.

  • Schedule Chart Panel — shows the work order schedule of production entities as a Gantt chart using the embedded Schedule Gantt Chart Dashboard.

  • Canceled Work Orders Panel — displays a table of work orders canceled by the user, acting as a “work order trash bin”. Deleting a work order row from this panel restores it to the main schedule.

When canceling work orders manually, always check the related lots to prevent storage units from containing nonexistent lots or lots reserved for invalid orders.

  • Lots Panel — displays a table view of scheduled product lots in storage units, including information about lot contents, creation dates, and delivery times.
When the user clicks any lot (a table row), the dashboard opens a slide-out side panel that embeds the Lot Editor/Viewer. This panel lets the user view and edit detailed information about a specific lot. To apply changes, the user must click Save in the upper-right corner before closing the panel.

  • Lot Schedule Panel — shows the lot schedule as a Gantt chart using the embedded Schedule Gantt Chart Dashboard.

  • Canceled Lots Panel — displays a table of product lots canceled by the user, acting as a “lot trash bin”. Deleting a lot row from this panel restores it to the main schedule.

When deleting lots manually, always verify related work orders and maintain production genealogy integrity.

  • Warnings Panel — displays a table of warnings generated by the Schedule Manager during validation.
