Printer Information Widget
Printer Information widget is available for all devices providing both hrDeviceTable and hrPrinterTable values. It can be activated by choosing the corresponding context menu action for a printer device. This widget is created and configured automatically, no additional customization is necessary in most circumstances. Though, it's not hard to modify the widget for reflecting advanced state of a certain printer models.
The widget displays the following data:
General Printer Information:
- Name
- Description (usually printer brand/model usually)
- Serial Number
- Physical (MAC) Address
- Printer State (as described in Printer State clause of Printer Monitoring Configuration section)
- Printer Colorants Count
- Marker Supplies (see also Printer Marker alert section)
The values are refreshed according to the Synchronization Period values for hrDeviceTable, hrPrinterTable, and prtMarkerSuppliesTable (see Synchronization Options section).
