Installation

Iotellect Client installer is bundled with a Java 7 Virtual Machine, so it is not necessary to have Java installed on your PC.

Installation is only necessary to operate Iotellect Client in unified operations console mode.

Iotellect supplies pre-packaged installation files for the following operating systems:

Windows 98, NT, 2000, XP, 2003 Server, Vista, 2008 Server, 7, and 2012 Server (compatible with Windows Embedded)
Different versions of Linux (compatible with embedded Linux)

Installers for the other Java-enabled operating systems (FreeBSD and other *nix, Solaris, etc.) are available on demand.

To install the product, just run the installer executable file and follow the instructions. On some systems, you need to make the installation package 'executable' before running it.
