User Interface
User Interface property defines user-specific settings of the interface.
 | Those settings are used only if Iotellect Client application is started in the Browser or Java Web Start mode. If running in Unified Operations Console mode, the Iotellect Client maintains multiple server connections, and, thus, most UI settings can be configured from its command line. |
Simple Mode | Enables operation of Web UI in simple mode and operation of Iotellect Client in simple mode. This setting has crucial importance for building operator interfaces or platform-based solutions, products and services. If it's enabled for a user, he won't see any standard administrative components ( System Tree, Event Log, etc.) upon login. Only components displayed by his Auto-Run actions (e.g. dashboards ) will be visible, bringing him fully customized operator interface. |
Tooltip Delay | Controls delay of tooltips displayed by all interface components. Set this setting to a large value to effectively disable tooltips. This setting does not work:

Simplified Error Messages | If this option is enabled, the user will see shorter error messages upon any platform-level problems that he faces when using a Iotellect-based product or service. Particularly, those messages will not include Java stack traces. |
