Dockable Layout
The dockable layout feature of the Iotellect web interface empowers interface designers to craft flexible and customizable user interfaces by distributing components as floating windows, horizontally or vertically-aligned panes, or tabs within panes.
The dashboard developer designs the initial layout of a dockable container and the extent it can be customized by the user, for example, whether windows can be closed or set as floating. End users are able to reorganize or minimize windows to create personalized layouts that suit their preferences.
To edit a dockable layout, users and designers click and hold a window to open the layout selector. A menu will pop up, indicating the orientation of the window when dropped in a certain position.
