Self-Registration Settings

Self-Registration Settings is a global server configuration property that defines visible and required fields for user self-registration form.

Each field has a Description, a Visible value and a Required value:

• Description value is the name of the field.

• Visible value determines whether this field is displayed on the User Self-Registration form.

• Required value determines whether this field is marked as required on the User Self-Registration form, and if the registration can be completed without filling its value.

Fields that are both invisible and required are handled as being not required.

Username and Password fields are required by default.

Please keep in mind, that CAPTCHA requires an established internet connection for Iotellect Server.

Note
In Iotellect version 6.40.04 and higher the Captcha field has been removed from User Properties and Self-registration Settings.
This field is no longer available for configuration, as it caused inconsistencies and was not actively used in production deployments.
