SNMP Setup on Lotus Domino Server

The Domino SNMP Agent runs as a Windows Service and starts up automatically even if Domino is not running. You should take this into account when upgrading Domino: you should stop the LNSNMP and Windows SNMP services before beginning the upgrade process.

• Stop the LNSNMP and SNMP services using these commands:
  net stop lnsnmp
net stop snmp
• Configure the Lotus Domino SNMP Agent as a service using this command:
  lnsnmp -Sc
• Start the SNMP and LNSNMP services using these commands:
  net start snmp
net start lnsnmp
