Spreadsheet Toolbar

The Spreadsheet toolbar provides access to the operations available for the current Spreadsheet.

Import Data

Button

Imports Spreadsheet data from a file.

Export Data

Button

Exports Spreadsheet data to a file.

Supported formats:

  • .tbl

  • .csv

  • .pdf

  • .xlsx

Show Formulas

Toggle button

This toggle button is used to show and hide formulas in Spreadsheet cells. When the option is enabled, formulas are displayed instead of calculated values.

Show Grid

Toggle button

This toggle button is used to show and hide gridlines in the Spreadsheet.

Print

Button

Prints the current Spreadsheet view.

Font Family

Dropdown list

Selects the font family for the selected cells.

Font Size

Dropdown list

Selects the font size for the selected cells.

Bold

Toggle button

Applies bold formatting to the selected cell content.

Italic

Toggle button

Applies italic formatting to the selected cell content.

Strikethrough

Toggle button

Applies strikethrough formatting to the selected cell content.

Underline

Toggle button

Applies underline formatting to the selected cell content.

Font Color

Dropdown list

Changes the text color of the selected cells.

Background Fill

Dropdown list

Changes the background color of the selected cells.

Borders

Dropdown list

Configures borders for the selected cells.

The border menu provides the following options:

  • Border Top

  • Border Left

  • Border Right

  • Border Bottom.

Merge Cells

Button

Merges the selected cells.

Cancel Cells Merge

Button

Cancels the current cell merge and restores the original cell structure.

Horizontal Alignment

Dropdown list

Sets horizontal alignment for the selected cell content.

The following options are available:

  • Default

  • Left

  • Center

  • Right.

Vertical Alignment

Dropdown list

Sets vertical alignment for the selected cell content.

The following options are available:

  • Top (Default)

  • Middle

  • Bottom.

Text Transfer

Dropdown list

Sets the text display mode for the selected cells.

The following options are available:

  • trim

  • transfer

  • overlay.

Read Only

Button

Makes the selected cells read-only. See Table Format.

Format

Button

Opens the dialog for viewing and editing field format of a cell. See Table Format.

Conditional Formats

Button

Opens conditional formatting dialog for the selected cells.

Use it to manage rules that change cell properties when specified conditions are met.
